even considered, advise you on trusts and tax implications of your Will so as to minimise as much as possible the loss of part of your Estate to the taxman.

Probate & Letters of Administration
You may have been appointed as Executor in the Will of someone who has died or you may be closely related to someone who has died without having made a Will. In one case you will need to apply for a Grant of Probate and in the other for Letters of Administration. The law imposes obligations on such Personal Representatives to administer the deceased's Estate, pay debts, and divide any surplus assets in accordance with the law. We can deal with the administration of the Estate for you and give you the assurance of knowing that it is being handled in accordance with what the law requires. We can also advise as to the liability for Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax which may affect the Estate.
You may also be contemplating making a Will and wondering who you should appoint as your Executors. We can act as your Executors if you appoint us in the Will which immediately relieves your family of the burden of having to deal with the Estate themselves in what are likely to be distressing circumstances.
You may believe that you have a claim against the Estate of someone who has died where either no provision or inadequate provision has been made for you. We can advise you on whether or not you have a claim and whether the Will can be challenged through the Courts.
